"Warmi STEM is an initiative of the KISTH Foundation aiming to provide academic training and improve soft skills in STEM careers for indigenous girls and young women in Ecuador. The program includes scientific workshops, talks, seminars, and counseling to support personal and professional development. Its goal is to create a network of support and help women access suitable employment in STEM."
